What we are

LeenoCloud brokers website, hosting, domain, email and support work. We are not the underlying host or registrar. A recommendation on this site is not a contract with Truehost, GoDaddy, Namecheap or any other provider.

Quotes and prices

Plan prices on the homepage are starting figures in US dollars for illustration. Your quote will be in South African rand, split into (1) our setup / care fee and (2) provider fees. The quote is the offer. Nothing is bought until you approve that spend in writing (email is enough).

Payment

We invoice by EFT after you accept. Bank details appear on the invoice, not on this website. Provider renewals (domain, host, Google Workspace) are billed by those providers unless we agree otherwise in the quote.

Your accounts

Where possible, hosting and domain accounts are opened in your business name. You remain the customer of that provider. If you stop using LeenoCloud, you keep those accounts.

Migrations

We copy what you give us access to, test, then cut over DNS. We are not liable for downtime at the old host, missing passwords, or content you did not supply.

Support

Standard support is South African business hours unless the quote says otherwise. We are not a 24/7 network operations centre.
